| BC CAVIAR is specialized in the direct importation, the reconditioning and the sale of Iranian fresh caviar and exclusively of the Iranian caviar (always last fishing of the year).
Installed since 1993 in Spain, dice the opening of the European borders, we wished to widen our activity with the French territory and European countries of or the opening of an office on the Principality of Andorra.
We buy our caviar directly with the SHILAT (fisheries official Iranian). We carry out several times in the year a round of the Iranian fisheries and mainly for fishings of the autumn and spring, to choose the caviar.
Our caviar is selected by holding account of the odor, of the size of the grain, texture and the taste.
Our laboratory is located in Spain, in order to profit from the logistics of Spanish transport.
